Hot Tub Leak Repair in the Tri-Cities
A hot tub leak rarely shows where it starts. Water follows the shell down and appears at the far corner of the skirt, so we begin with a dry equipment bay, a filled tub and time — watching unions, jet backs, the heater manifold and the pump seal before any foam is opened.

Tri-Cities freeze-thaw cycles and summer heat work fittings loose, and years of hard water leave scale that hides a hairline crack. We repair the joint we can prove is leaking, then run the spa through its cycles with the panel off before we call it done.
Symptoms that bring us out
Hard water, city by city
Kennewick and Pasco draw from the Columbia at roughly seven grains; Richland tests around 11.5 grains — among the hardest in the state; West Richland and Benton City run on wells that are harder still, and Finley varies lot to lot. Scale is a factor in nearly every leak job we do, so every visit includes a look at what the water is doing.
