Finley leaks come with history — sealer products, a patched union, a previous foam cut. We dry the bay, fill, and watch each joint through the cycles to find the one that is actually leaking now.
Finley homes mix district water and private wells, so hardness varies lot to lot — we test on arrival rather than assume. We work the acreage south of the highway, Finley Road, Dietrich Road, the Columbia River frontage properties and the rest of Finley (99323).

Leak only when jets run
A pressure-side fitting: it seals at rest and weeps under pump pressure. Manifold and jet-line joints are the usual culprits.
Foam is saturated
Waterlogged insulation means the leak has been going a while; we cut in at the wettest point, not everywhere.
Drip at the heater
Union seals corroded by scale, or a heater housing cracked from an old freeze.
