Desert Spa Repair is based in Kennewick and serves the full Tri-Cities region. Our technicians are local and know the specific hot tub challenges that Columbia River hard water creates throughout Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland, Benton City, and Finley.
Every community in our service area draws from the Columbia and Yakima River systems — water that runs 7 to 11+ grains per gallon, hard to very hard. Scale deposits on heater elements, jet bodies, and pump components at rates that require annual professional attention. We assess hard water impact on every service call.
The Tri-Cities climate — 300 days of sunshine, summer temperatures regularly exceeding 100°F — creates additional stress that temperate Pacific Northwest markets don't experience. UV cover degradation, heat-related motor failures, and Eastern Washington winter freeze risk are all factors we account for in every service visit.
What We Repair: Self-contained hot tub systems — heaters, pumps, jets, control boards, motors, topside controls, and leak repair within the spa system.
What We Don't Do: External electrical connections, external plumbing lines, or new hot tub installations. Repair only.
