Topside Control in Kennewick: what we see
Kennewick topside calls are quick to reach and often quick to solve: a ribbon cable that has corroded at the pack end, or an overlay worn through at the temperature button on Southridge tubs that see daily use. We test at the pack before a panel is ordered.

City water off the Columbia River runs about 7 grains hard in Kennewick — moderate on paper, but a heater element still collects a visible scale coat within a season or two. We work Yelm Hill, Southridge, Canyon Lakes, Creekstone and the rest of Kennewick (99336, 99337, 99338).
Symptoms we are called for in Kennewick
Display blank, spa still runs
The pack is alive but the panel is not — a ribbon cable, a failed display or moisture under the lens.
Ghost buttons
The tub changes modes on its own: moisture beneath the overlay is bridging membrane contacts.
One button dead
A worn membrane contact; on many panels the overlay is replaceable without a new topside.
How the visit runs
- A call half an hour before we arrive
- Diagnosis first, then one written figure you approve
- Scale checked at the heater on every call
- Special parts arrive the next business day in most cases
- Function test across all cycles before sign-off
Scope, plainly: the spa and what lives inside its skirt. We do not run new circuits, plumb supply lines or set new tubs.
