How does your pricing work?
Call us and our technician will provide exact pricing based on your hot tub type and your location in the Tri-Cities. The diagnostic fee always applies toward your repair cost if you move forward — fixed quote before any work begins, no hidden fees, no surprises.
Do you service all hot tub brands?
Yes — all major brands including Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Sundance, Caldera, Bullfrog, Master Spa, Marquis, Arctic Spas, Cal Spas, and all Balboa and Gecko control system spas.
How does hard water affect hot tubs in Tri-Cities?
Tri-Cities water runs 150-220 PPM — hard to very hard. Calcium scale builds on heater elements, reducing efficiency until they burn out. Jet bodies clog with scale in 2-3 years. We assess hard water impact on every service call.
Do you do installations or replacements?
No — we do repair only. We don't sell hot tubs, and we focus on repair only — not sales or replacements.
Our Scope of Service: We repair self-contained hot tub systems — pumps, heaters, jets, control boards, and leak repair within the spa system. We do not perform external electrical connections, external plumbing supply lines, or new hot tub installations.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed same day. We carry common parts on the truck — heater elements, capacitors, sensors, and jet components. If we need to order a part, most arrive within 1-3 business days.
How often should I have my hot tub professionally serviced?
In the Tri-Cities we recommend quarterly professional service — every 3-4 months. Tri-Cities hard water requires more frequent water changes and component inspection than soft-water markets.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes — throughout Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland, Benton City, and Finley, 6 days a week. Call us for same-day availability.
